We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist / SDR to join our sales team. This role is essential for the company’s growth, as you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, generating new leads, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through market research, analysis, and prospecting tools.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels (email, calls, social media) to reach out to potential leads and generate interest in the company’s products or services.
  • Qualify prospects to determine if they are a good fit for the sales team to pursue.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the company’s CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others).
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Participate in the creation and optimization of lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on email marketing campaigns, webinars, and other demand generation activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:
Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles such as SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or B2B sales.
  • English (C1/C2)
  • Experience working with prospecting tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience in IT businesses (Staff aug preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (if applicable).
  • Ability to research and identify new leads through various platforms and methodologies.
